Yo Ho Ho! Thornton Road Club, Christmas Lunch

Arrival: 1pm on Sunday 19 December 2010

at Botolphs Bridge Inn, Botolphs Bridge Road,

West Hythe, Kent CT21 4NL

Starters:

·      Broccoli and Stilton Soup served with crusty bread (vegetarian)

·      Ham Hock Terrine with a Prune Chutney served with salad garnish

·      Smoked Salmon Roses filled with Smoked Salmon Mousse with a Lime and Dill dressing with fresh salad

Main Course:

·      Mushroom and Thyme Tagliatelle Bake served with fresh salad

·      Nut Roast with traditional Christmas Vegetables (vegetarian gravy – optional)

·      Roast Turkey with all the Traditional Trimmings/vegetables

·      Oven Roasted Loin of Cod with a Herb Crust served with Tomato and Pepper sauce, Lemon scented mash & vegetables

·      Pan fried Breast of Chicken, Sauteed Potatoes with a Cheese Fondue Sauce garnished with Chorizo and served with Fresh Vegetables

Deserts:

·      Chocolate an Cranberry Roulade

·      Christmas Pudding and Brandy Butter

·      Cheese and Biscuits

·      Selection of Ice Cream
