This late season event took place yesterday in very wet conditions on the Q15/20R, which is an out and back course on the A20 between the roundabouts at Charing and Leeds Castle. 5 Thorntons were on the start sheet. Eric along with 14 others DNS. Best of the bunch for us was young Jack with a very good 39.55 placing him 18th on scratch, just 7 minutes behind winner Steve Berry, one of the best and most experienced testers in the country. Brian, 46.53 again just edging Russ 47.58. Gordon riding in memory of his son completed in 1.31.06.   MP.
