Proposal for an introduction of an extra Sunday Club Run

In an effort to try and create an even more diverse range of rides on Sunday mornings, and to reduce group sizes, the following has been put forward.

John Laker has kindly offered to be "Capitaine de Route" initially for a "Traditional Club Run", starting at the Hythe Light Railway Cafe as normal but heading to Headcorn Aerodrome café for a halfway stop before returning to the Hythe Light Railway Cafe.  During the winter months it will be nice to have a stop halfway to warmup and have a chat.

This proposed ride will offer different routes to and from Headcorn Aerodrome Café initially but in time favorites will probably establish themselves.

The ride itself will be keeping a steady pace so if your after increasing your fitness by pushing up hills or along the flat this is probably not for you... ;)

John is intending to do a pilot ride this coming Sunday 17th November to see how it is perceived.
