Sunday Club Run, 11th January 2015

Today saw 31 riders leave the café at 9am for the Transit of Ashford route.  In two groups from the start with group one averaging 18mph and group two averaging between 15 to 17mph.
A 40mile ride, arriving back at the café for a coffee and ride debrief!

This gives an indication of speed for any cyclists wishing to join our regular rides for the first time.
